Last Monday’s podcast was about communication! Making sure you really listen, slow down and think before you speak! Taking the time to really work on communication no matter what format – verbal or written – is very important.
When you listen in today, you’ll find out how, due to how her staff was communicating, caused her to not be able to FOCUS! Which is the topic for today: FOCUS!
She was distracted by her staff’s communication and in-turn wasn’t feeling productive.
Finding more time by eliminating distractions can definitely help you feel better and, like a client of mine said, she won’t “feel the pressure to work on the weekends!” She’ll be able to leave work at the office!
Distractions are everywhere. On our wrists, in our environment, traffic, friends, family, weather, CNN, Ok maybe not that one lol.
