Our minds are truly an amazing animal! Over the years, I’ve talked about mindset and how it can screw up the best of days… if you let it!

I work with clients a lot on this. It’s more than just being positive and reading affirmations. I’m talking about managing your head trash, reducing that deflating negative self-talk and learning how to catch yourself when it starts so you can stop it!
So, if you’re a long-time listener, you know by how late this is being released that my Monday is NOT starting like I wanted it to, so there goes my week, right?! NOPE! But… will I “ALLOW” the negative talk to ruin my day”? HELL NO!
