Last Monday’s podcast was about prioritizing! Including YOURSELF and your health and wellness! Yes… ME-TIME. Self-care.

To be successful and stay focused, you need to prioritize your TO-DO list. Not just pick and choose what you “want” to do! Everything needs to get done, but to put yourself into a situation where you’re behind on things that have a shorter deadline or you need help with isn’t going to help you, is it?

It’s actually going to cause you stress and anxiety like it did my client! And yes, there’s shit we don’t want to do, but there are consequences for NOT doing!

And it all starts with DISCIPLINE! And discipline is how you start holding yourself ACCOUNTABLE!

How disciplined are you?

Being DISCIPLINED is what will help you see progress and will help you create those pesky HABITS! You know, those little things that will ALSO help you achieve your success!?!
