Yes! As I talked last week about how to refocus and recover when shit goes sideways, well shit happened to me!
I didn’t avoid the shit storm, I allowed myself the time to work through the anger and frustration and now today, I’m RE-focusing and sharing that I know what it feels like to have to deal with a SHIT STORM!
Don’t avoid the shit storm that you are in!
If you do NOTHING… you GET NOTHING!
Sometimes you have to just allow yourself to FEEL the FEELS and then get back to work! I mean, throw your fit, cry, yell, pout, sleep, have some vodka… do whatever you need to do, and them grab those bootstraps and pull them up!
Think about if there’s something you’ve been avoiding.
