HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION!
Welcome back to the weekly podcast, No More Excuses
I am your host, Sandi Ballard, The Badass Business Coach. And a DiSC® certified coach. I’ve spoken at conferences and facilitated hundreds of team building workshops across the U.S.
I just got back from facilitating a team building workshop for Johnson & Johnson in West Palm Beach, FL.
The team building workshops I facilitate are fun, interactive, and also educational. It’s very different from one-to-one and group coaching. And that’s why I LOVE doing it.
The biggest thing about it, is weaving in the lessons without them really knowing!
I’m there to assign “fun” activities to have them come together, work as a team and learn to communicate more effectively to solve problems, overcome challenges. They get to relax and not be talked AT for a few hours and learn without knowing!
Why am I talking about this on my No More Excuses podcast?
Because no matter if you are a business owner, sole proprietor or work at a company, there’s always challenges, problems to solve and learning opportunities for growth.
And you need to have a STRONG TEAM to create success!
I talked about effective communication in the last podcast and how, no matter what level you are at, what industry or if you have no staff or thousands, you can always do better! There is always something to learn and learn from.
Think about your business or team.
Listen in as I talk about how team building helps break down walls between departments, and helps owners and leaders learn that “their way isn’t always the ONLY way!”
But first, you must really SEE what’s being said and done and also what’s NOT being said and done to make sure you have a STRONG TEAM for the future. I give you some tips on how to do that!
Don’t forget, I am offering a FREE DiSC® assessment, go take it, no strings! – https://tinyurl.com/Disc4podcast and if you do want to learn more, schedule a time with me!
I look forward to hearing from you. If you need help, message me, email me at sandi@sandiballard.com – let’s make sure you really SEE what’s going on in your business.
Cheers!
