Last Monday’s podcast was about looking deeper into your habits and seeing which ones need adjusted, changed-up, stopped or created to help you finish the year strong.

What did you find? Did you change anything? Or start anything new? You’ll have to listen in today to hear my update and what I struggled with.

Today I also talk about two of my clients I met with last week. One admitted she’s not a fan of doing the hard work, and the other is ready to JUMP because shit got hard. He’s done that throughout his whole life, but now that he’s working with me, I’m trying to help him look at the pros and cons BEFORE he switches gears because something else “sounds easier!”

It’s not uncommon to quit, to give up quickly when shit gets hard.

And when it does, people give up versus leaning into it. You’ve got to role up your sleeves and DO the hard work. There is NO magic pill!

The grass is not greener. And yes, as I discussed last week, sometimes there are things that need to be changed up, discussed, thought through deeper, stopped and – or started to help you. Listen in for this week’s challenge!
