Recurring actions. These are the things you do daily, weekly and perhaps monthly to help you make progress.
These regular action steps help you create the HABITS you need to SUCCEED! Yes, we all have shit we “have” to do that we don’t “want” to do, but if we don’t, then well… we won’t achieve our goals and the success we desire.
Well, we all have shit we have to do, and that we just do regularly to help us. Habits are what will keep us focused and on-track! I do know many people who really don’t stick to habits, or even say they “suck at sticking to them” but will admit that they know it’s why they don’t achieve the goals they desire. Hmmm, well… LOL!
And, we all fall off the wagon or “OUT of HABIT” sometimes. Life and shit happens… right? It’s all I’ve talked about for the last few weeks because I’ve been living in a shit storm of distractions myself! I fully understand what it’s like!
