Podcast #187: How Are You Being Intentional?

HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION!

Welcome back to the weekly podcast, No More Excuses! I appreciate you reading this, then listening and sharing the podcast link with others! That way, you’re helping others invest in themselves as well! And yes, helping me live up to my “word of the year”… EXPAND!

It’s the last week of October, and Halloween week! This year will be different for us, yet again another CHANGE! We’re used to hosting or attending Halloween parties and really enjoy dressing up and getting into character! We’re also used to handing out candy and enjoying the little kid’s costumes, but with our condo that’s not able to happen due to it being a gated community.

What about you? What’s TRADITION for you? What do you do for Halloween or around this time?

We’re also used to handing out candy and enjoying the little kid’s costumes, but with our condo that’s not able to happen due to it being a gated community.

MORE CHANGE… right?

I’ve talked a lot about it the last few weeks, and last week specifically was about WHAT’S NEXT after you stop resisting change and start embracing it!

Like I mentioned last week for me is to “Build My Brand” here in California. A couple other examples I heard were, “Get a new job” and “Focus on getting healthier”. They seem simple: Market, apply, diet… right? Not so much!

You’ll have to listen in as I share with you what I have and am doing, as well as the suggestions I gave the other two.

As you determine WHAT’S NEXT, you can be more intentional with your actions. This will allow you to DIG DEEPER so you can PLAY BIGGER, AND finish the year STRONG! Which is what we’re going for here isn’t it?!

I look forward to hearing from you, and don’t forget about my 6-WEEKS To SUCCESS program! It kicks off Nov. 18th! I am only accepting 5 people and have three spots left, so click here to claim your spot!

Sometimes traditions end and changes are “forced upon us” to help us get out of the rut we didn’t realize we were in.

Have a great week,

Cheers! Sandi
