Happy Monday Motivation!
Welcome back to the weekly podcast NO MORE EXCUSES! I appreciate you listening and sharing these podcasts each week!
The last few weeks have been about habits! Why do I keep talking about them? Because bad ones are hard to break and sometimes it can take awhile to have good ones become part of your life. Especially when it’s attached to a BIG CHANGE in your life.
Two weeks ago I challenged you to create a new healthier habit and then practice it. Last week I asked you to let me know the result of the habit… shifting from “I tried, but… ” to “I tried… AND here’s what happened”. I had one client who stuck to her habit for the week and then took my advice and rewarded herself! You have to listen in to hear WHY she kept going beyond the week!
And then there’s one client I have that made a change and got so excited it had a negative impact on her personally AND professionally! I’ve actually had a few clients do this. It’s not a bad thing to get excited and go “all-in”, but what happened is that other areas of their life and business were getting ignored.
Too much of a good thing, eh?! So, yes, create the habits that will help you make BIG CHANGES, and make sure that you create [for a lack of better word] “balance”. Make sure that when you go “all-in”, you don’t over-do it to avoid other things that you’d rather not do!
And that’s why I created the 100 Days To Finish Strong Challenge! I want to help you “GO ALL-IN” for the last 100 days of 2018! So you can create progress, momentum and, yes, ACHIEVE the SUCCESS you desire! And, at the end of the Challenge and 2018 you can say, I TRIED… AND…!” And to keep you from straying too far from other responsibilities in your life, but to get those habits to STICK!
Listen in this week and email me about a time when you went all-in and what happened!
Have a great week, please share this podcast, tag me when you do and there’s something FUN in it for ya! Oh and the first FIVE people to use FINISH STRONG when signing up for the Challenge gets a discount!
Cheers!
