Happy Monday Motivation! Welcome back to the podcast No MORE Excuses!
Wow! I don’t have a case of the Monday’s, but it is funny (but not funny) how you can allow one person/thing to throw your day off, eh? UGH! So getting this podcast out always makes me smile! So, my responsibility to you listeners, is helping me reset my day and so for that… I THANK YOU AGAIN for being here, and making me accountable! Otherwise, I would just grab my coffee and say F-IT! LOL!
Ahhhhh, see I feel better already! I feel like kicking YOUR booty and helping you get where YOU want to be! But.. it’s not fun all the time is it? Last week’s podcast was about knowing when to walk away from your Dead HORSE! And sometimes, when you DON’T, you lash out! Realize that it’s on YOU my friend! Don’t blame anyone else for your mistakes. Especially when people have offered help!
In this week’s podcast, I refer to a client, who’s not necessarily blaming others, he’s just about to drown in SUCCESS because of his initial resistance to getting his “ducks in a row”! Success is great, but fast growth can kill ya and your business!
Yes, sometimes you have to go with the flow and jump in and it’s a fine line as I’ve actually had to PUSH some clients as they wouldn’t take ANY chances, and then others, like this one, I tried to reel him in, but he just jumped in and waved as he let the tide take him on the fast path. As long as he pauses soon to regroup, take a breath (i.e. step OFF of the crazy train) and get his shit together, he’ll be great. Otherwise, he may drown. I’m reaching my hand out to him… again! I’m hoping he grabs it this time.
So, what about you? When have you jumped in with both feet and then said, “OH SHIT!”? I wish I would have? Email me and let me know!
Not everything is going to be FUN. I have another client resisting some things to get a certificate because “this segment isn’t fun, it’s stupid, it’s incorrect”. Well, it’s BETWEEN YOU and what YOU WANT. So, which do you choose?
You’re going to have to do it now or later. Why do you so many people choose to wait until it’s so painful? Follow me on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn for questions like that this week and let me know!
Have a great week, and if you don’t know how to ask for help, or think you “missed the boat”, email me and let’s talk!
Cheers!
