Podcast #43: What Keeps YOU Up at Night?

This week I give an example of a client who contacted me as she was feeling a bit confused, more overwhelmed I suppose. She knew what she needed to do, “sort of” assumed they were goals, but the main thing was she was trying to find out WHY she knew what she needed to do, but wouldn’t do it. Why she felt like she didn’t really give a F*&k anymore! Why she had lost her passion for what she die.
